The customer then strategically began to scan important pieces of paperwork for each previous resident. Afterwhich New Innovations consulted with the customer to develop a process to automatically upload the scanned documents and attach these records to their personnel files.

In the end, the customer was able to move off site the majority of paperwork both freeing up valuable office space and making the process of verifying training completely digital.
