When you think of an institution that has existed for well over 50+ years training residents the number 1 thing that comes to mind is the mountains of paperwork. Then when you need to verify training for a resident from 20+ years ago you have to manually search for the information. This customer had one thing in mind, improving efficiency. With the help of New Innovations this customer was able to utilize Personnel data to store electronically the mounds of physical paper.

New Innovations consulted with the customer to develop a process of data exchange to create the previous records. The customer then strategically began to scan important pieces of paperwork for each previous resident. Afterwhich New Innovations consulted with the customer to develop a process to automatically upload the scanned documents and attach these records to their personnel files.

In the end, the customer was able to move off site the majority of paperwork both freeing up valuable office space and making the process of verifying training completely digital.
